A single-purpose API that discovers and registers x402 resources from an origin by reading .well-known/x402 or DNS TXT records. It automates detection and registration of an origin's x402 declarations so services on the base network can index, validate, and consume those resources programmatically. The provider exposes a straightforward endpoint for origin scanning and registry population at a fixed per-call price.
