A lightweight REST API on the Base network that provides simple payment and NFT minting primitives for developers. It exposes a /pay endpoint that charges 0.001 USDC and records the payment to the system, plus a /mint endpoint for issuing NFTs (NFT behavior to be defined by integrator). With a fixed, very low per-call price, this provider is ideal for prototyping micro-payments, pay-to-mint flows, and low-cost NFT issuance on Base.
